Seth joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2013 and worked in the multi-family leasing team until relocating to the Sales and Leasing Department. Upon completion of an extensive training and mentoring program within the firm, Seth now works closely with seasoned members of the sales and leasing team in providing the following services: client representation, lease and sales contract negotiation and market research.
Seth is a graduate of Old Dominion University, where he was a member of the ODU Finance Club and holds a B.S. in Management & Marketing.
