Bio
With a passion for industrial property, Seth Berry is the resident expert for clients with manufacturing, warehouse and distribution needs. As well as industrial, Seth specializes in office and land sales and acquisitions. Seth is a certified member of the Society for Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Prior to joining Shannon Waltchack, Seth had diverse career in sales and management. A native of Tuscaloosa, he graduated from the University of Alabama in 1998 with a business degree, before moving to Atlanta and Greenville, SC for high level sales positions. Seth moved to Birmingham in 2000 as a Corporate Account Executive for Nextel/Sprint until he owned and operated his own franchise in 2002 – which grew to three locations in just over three years.
After selling his business, Seth began his career in commercial real estate with Keller Williams Commercial where he discovered his aptitude for industrial property. He joined the Million Dollar Sales Club in 2014 with $8.6 million in sales.
He also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1995-2001 as a communications specialist. He is a member of Canaan Baptist Church where he and his family have attended for 10 years.
Seth lives in Helena, AL with his wife Amy and their two sons.
