Serena Longo is a Vice President in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services division in Hawaii. Ms. Longo is part of a three-person team of professionals, with a dual focus on office leasing and investment sales. Ms. Longo is also an active member of the California State Bar Association. Her background as a Managing Attorney provides a unique perspective and depth of understanding in real estate transactions.
Ms. Longo develops customized, strategic real estate solutions for each client. She has represented over 2 million square feet of Class A Office and Medical Office agency portfolios throughout Hawaii. Ms. Longo also has a diverse and robust tenant representation practice. Ms. Longo completed a 99,059 square foot deal, which was one of the largest office lease transactions in Hawaii.
The investment sales team works with institutional clients across all product types. Ms. Longo has participated in over $658 million of investment sale transactions since 2017. Ms. Longo has achieved the esteemed award of Top Producer multiple times throughout her career.
Ms. Longo began her commercial real estate career after joining Bishop Street Commercial as a Director in the Office Services Group in 2012. During her tenure there, she was named Rookie of the Year and promoted to Managing Director in 2013. She also earned the title of Top Producer her second year at the firm.
Ms. Longo earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2007 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Before that, she graduated with honors in 2004 from the University of California, Davis. Today, she remains a member of the California State Bar Association while also being a licensed real estate agent in Hawaii.
