Sebastian provides long-term tailored solutions to customers headquartered in the Western Region of the U.S. He has a passion for building relationships with growing middle-market and larger businesses.
Sebastian joined STORE Capital’s acquisitions team in 2016, working with real estate brokers nationwide to source acquisitions that meet STORE Capital’s investment criteria. Less than a year later, he transitioned to his current position as a Managing Director working directly with our customers.
Prior to STORE, Sebastian worked at Noble Properties where he executed over $120 million in single-tenant acquisitions nationwide. He has over 7 years of transactional experience working in investment sales and leasing.
Sebastian’s diverse commercial real estate experience provides him with a strong understanding of the industry from both an investment and operational perspective.
Sebastian graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Marketing.
