Bio
Sean is a graduate from the University of Dayton’s School of Engineering with a major in Civil Engineering. He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force and served a total of five years with two tours to the Middle East and achieved the rank of Captain. He spent five years in the Chicago area working as a Project Manager for a Fortune 500 national homebuilder for upscale community homes. He returned to Dayton to work in the family business of property management. He’s been involved in many aspects of Turner Property Services Group from the maintenance department, project management and property management. He managed an extensive portfolio of office, medical office, residential and retail. Sean is involved with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where he earned his Certified Property Management (CPM) designation. He has also earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. Sean is most recently the immediate past president of the Dayton Building Owners and Managers Association. Additionally, he is involved in the community through his time as a board member and committee chair with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Dayton.
