Sean Spear is a senior vice president in Hughes Marino’s West Los Angeles office, where he represents tenants and buyers throughout the region in commercial space transactions. As a corporate real estate advisor, he brings with him an extensive network of relationships and expertise that help his clients realize successful real estate opportunities.
Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Sean was director of Southern California for Bisnow. In this role, he was responsible for business development, emceeing all the Southern California events, and overseeing operations throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego, growing the media company’s presence substantially in just two short years. During his time at Bisnow he cultivated relationships with industry leaders and change makers who share his passion for creating great workspaces. Now, as a tenant representative, he puts this passion to work for his clients, offering the knowledge and resources they need to reinvent their office space and reinvest in their cultures.
A native of Westlake Village, Sean was a baseball player at the University of Southern California and graduated with a degree in public policy and development, with an emphasis on real estate while also receiving a double minor in business management and entrepreneurship.
Sean currently resides in Santa Monica. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, competing in triathlons, surfing, CrossFit, watching documentaries and volunteering.
