Sean Rooney is a Senior Transaction Manager on the Global Portfolio Services team based in Cleveland, Ohio managing national and global accounts for several Northeast Ohio Fortune 500 companies.
As a Senior Transaction Manager, Sean’s responsibilities include providing ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for the complex portfolios of our corporate clients. Sean works with clients to identify property solutions that address high level requirements and integrated global solutions.
Sean began his career with Colliers Ostendorf-Morris in February 2010 as the database and process manager for the Corporate Services Group, responsible for collecting, maintaining, and analyzing global property information and reporting to corporate clients. In December of 2014, Sean was promoted to Vice President of the Corporate Services Group at Hanna Commercial Real Estate (formerly Ostendorf-Morris), leading transaction management initiatives, overseeing property databases, reporting, and providing advice with regards to portfolio management. Sean served as Senior Vice President of Hanna Commercial’s Corporate Services group from January 2016 – July 2018 where he was responsible for initiating and managing complex global real estate projects for corporate clients addressing high-level requirements and integrated global solutions. During his time with Hanna Commercial, Sean was a top-10 producer Company-wide in 2014 and 2016.
