As a member of the JLL Hartford office, Sean O’Neil focuses on agency leasing of high profile office buildings, local and regional tenant representation, consulting, and investment dispositions in the Central and Southern Connecticut Area.
Sean joined JLL in 2003 as a Leasing Specialist and was promoted to Leasing Director in 2008.
He and his team are responsible for the leasing of numerous high profile assets in and around Central Connecticut, including CityPlace I, Hartford, State House Square, Hartford, Connecticut River Plaza, Hartford, Capital Place, Hartford, The Exchange, Farmington, Blue Back Square, West Hartford, Griffin Office Center, Windsor, 8 Farm Springs Road, Farmington and Powder Forest, Simsbury.
