Bio
Sean earned a B.S. at Providence College in 2009 and a J.D. at Fordham University School of Law in 2012 – both cum laude. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, and joined Simone Development Companies as Real Estate Counsel in January of 2017, following over four years of “perfect preparation.”
His first two years after law school were spent as an Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP (now called Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer after a merger with Arnold & Porter), where he predominately represented investment banks and other institutional lenders in their lending to major holders and developers of real estate.
Sean then spent two years on “the opposite side of the table” as an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, predominately representing the owners and developers of commercial and residential real estate in a full range of legal work, including financings, purchases and sales, leases and subleases.
