A seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience under his belt, Sean Cohane is a legendary broker and developer in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, New York. He is credited as the forefather of the neighborhood’s real estate boom, re-imagining traditional living spaces to absorb increasing density.
After graduating from Boston College, Sean earned a master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University in New York, earning the school’s prestigious Hank Bell Entrepreneurial Award. He received national sales awards for his work and was a leading figure in the marketplace for multifamily trades. Sean has been quoted in numerous real estate publications and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
Sean is an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Entrepreneurialism at Columbia University.
