He was a member of Century 21 All-Service’s Platinum Club (the highest award for sales volume) for six years in a row. In 2015-2016 Scottie had a sales portfolio of over $100 million in off-market Class A inventory that consisted of over seven hundred apartment units in Central Virginia. His experience across all the real estate sectors, as well as owning his own real estate investment firm, which has provided rehabilitation, construction services, and resale, has allowed him to be one of the premier real estate investment advisors in the region.
