Scotta Ashcraft is a Senior Vice President with CBRE and a market leader in the area of landlord representation since 1995. Over the course of her career, Scotta has been responsible for the leasing and management of over 10 million square feet of office space. Scotta’s insight and knowledge of the Seattle and Bellevue urban and suburban markets, as well as her status in the brokerage, landlord and tenant representation communities, are unparalleled, enabling her to seamlessly lead marketing efforts in both the Seattle and Bellevue markets. In addition to representing several local owners in sales transactions across the region, Scotta’s market expertise has positioned her as a local lead for national institutional owners in the sale of several buildings across greater King County. Her current agency experience includes over 5 million rentable square feet of new construction and second-generation office space. Some of Scotta’s recent transactions include deals with GE, Amazon.com, Swedish Healthcare, Bungie, Facebook/Oculus, Microsoft, HTC, Efinancial, T-Mobile, Real Networks, King5, Nokia, Cutter & Buck, IMS Health, SMART Technologies, Crown Castle Spaceflight Industries, HP, WeWork and recently Avalara, GSA, Impinj, Net Motion, and Sound Transit. Scotta’s community involvement has been focused in fundraising events for Seattle Children’s Hospital since 1999; she was previously on the Capital Committee of the Seattle Children’s Museum. Scotta is married and lives in Seattle with her husband and four boys.
