worked at CDC Capital Markets and its successor organizations, IXIS and Natixis. Mr. Zucker was instrumental in growing the U.S. commercial real estate business from its founding to nearly $5 billion in annual loan originations with 65 employees in four offices. Mr. Zucker ultimately served as the Co-Head of the business group. Prior to joining CDC, Mr. Zucker worked on large loan origination at Nomura Asset Capital Corporation. Mr. Zucker began his career at Kaye Scholer, where he worked for nine years specializing in real estate, bankruptcy and reorganizations. He holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Emory University, and a J.D. from the Northwestern University Law School.
