Scott left the Houston market in 1983 to handle the then office properties of Metropolitan Life in Oklahoma and has overseen the leasing of many of Oklahoma’s premier Class A projects like Leadership Square, The Tower, and Union Plaza in OKC and Warren Place and One Williams Center in Tulsa. Scott now concentrates on representing tenants and buyers in both the office and industrial markets. Collectively he has closed over $500,000,000 in transactions assisting the most prestigious companies both nationally and in Oklahoma. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation and is a former board member of the Commercial Real Estate Council in OKC.
