Scott is a founding partner of Commercial Partners and works with a veteran team of professionals specializing in office leasing and investments. Since joining Commercial Partners, Scott has directly managed nearly 100,000 square feet of office space transactions in his first year. Scott’s financial management experience has provided his clients with winning strategies and execution.
Prior to joining Commercial Partners, Scott was at Jones Lang LaSalle in Seattle and San Francisco. As Director of Capital Planning, he was responsible for Jones Lang LaSalle’s largest client’s asset allocations in global real estate, construction projects, and market positioning. This included the oversight of a $1.5 billion capital expenditure plan of over 8400 global properties totaling 82 million square feet for the Bank of America account.
Scott launched his commercial real estate career in Seattle, Washington. As a Project Manager at Bovis Lend Lease where he was responsible for overseeing a $350 million dollar mixed-use development project including hotels, condominiums, retail, and office space. Prior to Bovis Lend Lease, he managed large-scale tenant improvement as well as historical building renovation projects.
Scott graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix, Seattle, WA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His interests include economics, travel, art, golf, and cycling.
Scott also served in the United States Naval Submarine Service aboard the USS Helena.
