Scott’s expertise in commercial real estate in the Davis and Weber County areas derives from his involvement in hundreds of successful leasing, sales and investment transactions. Prior to joining Commerce CRG, he was an owner/partner in Smoot Commercial Brokers and Commercial Real Estate Network, and served as a leasing agent for Sky Properties. He also utilized a degree in construction management to oversee construction of several shopping centers, experience which brought Scott a first-person understanding of the needs of landlords and developers.
