Scott Schoettlin, Managing Director with SkyView Advisors, represents storage facility owners, enabling them to maximize their properties’ value by utilizing Skyview’s industry-leading sales process. Scott comes to Skyview with a 20-year tenure, advising high net-worth individuals and consulting many large and mid-sized companies to help them realize attractive returns on their investments. Scott is passionate about sharing his experience to help navigate his clients through complex issues and to solve their unique challenges when selling their properties.
Before joining the SkyView Advisor’s team, Scott was a Director of Business Development at an international sell-side mergers and acquisitions firm. Before that, he represented some of the world’s top financial services firms before starting his own independent financial planning practice. Throughout his extensive career, Scott has participated, both as an investor and has represented buyers and sellers in multi-family investment deals. He is always focusing on adding value to his client while building trusted relationships.
Scott’s family is one of his most significant sources of motivation. When Scott steps away from the office, he loves to participate in a myriad of activities with his wife and two sons. His favorite activities include trips to the beach, where he and his family enjoy surfing, jet-skiing, and boating. He also loves occasionally getting away from sunny Florida to head to the mountains for family ski trips. Their son’s also keep them busy with competitive soccer leagues and music lessons.
