My real estate career began in California in 1985. As a principle in the Real Estate Support Systems (RESS) Santa Rosa office, we offered a variety of services to realtors in the area, including property repairs, sign installation, and marketing collateral design. My passion for real estate was born and I never looked back….
In 1992, an amazing job offer for my wife from the Walt Disney World Company brought us to Orlando, Florida. The building industry in the Sunshine State was booming and I married my love of real estate with my passion for building at DR Horton, a National Home Builder Developer. I was then recruited to join DeLuka Homes, where I oversaw several larger scale projects throughout Central Florida. During this time, I also “flipped” 15 residential investment properties.
In 2000, we moved to Seattle (my wife was recruited to run Paul Allen’s Vulcan Productions Film Company) and I decided to parlay my experience into Real Estate Listing and Sales. My experience with residential design, construction, sales and real estate Investment has proven to be a powerful background that meets a variety of needs for my clients.
