Scott Myers has focused his career in commercial real estate in the specialized area of land sales, leasing and development. Skilled in the often complex process of land assemblage, entitlement, zoning and development, Scott has a demonstrated talent for producing profitable ventures for his clientele. Scott’s expertise and knowledge in all facets of commercial real estate derives from more than eleven years of experience as a land specialist. His efforts have led to the successful development of more than one thousand residential and multi-family units from raw property, and he is well known for his ability to work with cities to expedite rezoning for new projects. His demonstrated negotiation skills and capacity to navigate municipal red tape produce lucrative results for his clients. Scott’s talent for discerning value in properties and projects is backed by a distinctive regard for giving honest advice to his clientele. His proven reputation, integrity and involvement with a growing circle of developers, property owners, builders and business people has facilitated many “package” developments that greatly benefited those involved. Prior to joining Commerce CRG, Scott was a co-founder and partner in Commercial Real Estate Network, a firm which grew to be the largest commercial brokerage in the Weber/Davis County market. He was extensively involved in personal real estate investments in southern California before moving with his family to Utah in 1992.
