Scott Morris is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a BA in Business Management, and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. In 2011, Scott joined his father, Johnny Morris, at Morris Commercial and has spent the last 8 years specializing in property management. Possessing a passion for entrepreneurship, Scott has strong experience in working with start-up ventures as an investor and consultant. Scott's experience in assessing profitability and viability has been an asset when evaluating potential tenants for owners of properties.
Scott is very passionate about the sustainable growth of the Chapel Hill area and is involved in the community. He is a devoted volunteer of the SECU Family House in Chapel Hill, which is an organization dear to his family. An avid outdoors man, Scott enjoys fly-fishing, kayaking, or rock climbing in the NC mountains whenever he can find the time to get-away.
