Scott Morgan joined Coury Properties in 1987 and is currently serving as President and head of the leasing division. Morgan has represented landlords and tenants of all sizes for the past 15 years and since 1987 has been involved in over 1,000,000 square feet of office lease transactions and represented over $50,000,000 in aggregate value.
Upon graduating from Oklahoma State University in 1980, Morgan gained experience as a development coordinator for Crews Development Company. He has played a major role in construction and marketing efforts for over 500 acres of residential and commercial property in Tulsa.
Morgan’s civic and industry involvement includes a role as president of the Tulsa chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), board member of the Tulsa Real Estate Coalition (TREC) and member of the Tulsa Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) chapter.
