Scott Macbeth has completed nearly a billion dollars of real estate transactions spanning his over twenty-five year real estate career. His experience includes investment sales, tenant representation, project representation and consulting for a host of corporate, institutional and governmental clients.
Scott's experience includes the initial planning and successful lease-up of four class A downtown and suburban buildings in Greater Hartford. As a tenant representation broker, he has completed over 1,000,000 square feet of transactions and has recently represented firms such as Conning & Company, Shell Oil and Webster Bank.
Scott graduated from the University of New Hampshire and resides in Canton with his wife and three sons.
