Scott spent eleven years with Studley as a Senior Managing Director before joining Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Kulberg founded Resolution Tenant Advisors on the premise that the tenant and their needs “must” come first. Prioritizing his clients objectives is the driving force behind every recommendation, decision and transaction.
