Scott began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2003, when he served as Director of Real Estate for Wingstop Restaurants, Inc in Dallas, Texas, specializing in site selection and tenant representation for a fast-growing restaurant brand. Later, Scott worked as a Regional Real Estate Manager for Rent-A-Center in Plano, Texas, overseeing lease transactions for nearly 500 retail units across 7 states.
After choosing to relocate to Northwest Arkansas in 2007, Scott began working as a commercial realtor, building a property management portfolio of over 90,0000 square feet of commercial space in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, while expanding into buyer/seller representation for commercial properties.
