Bio
Scott has been involved in New York City real estate for over 25 years. His reputation as the City’s foremost broker of parking garages as founder of The Heller Organization is well deserved. Since the early 1990’s Scott has completed more than $400 million in parking industry transactions in New York City. In 2003, Scott was retained by The Brauser Group to assemble a world class site two blocks south of The World Trade Center known as 111 Washington Street. Within a short period of time, he put together one of downtown Manhattan’s most prolific development sites through a series of complicated air rights and building acquisitions. In 2004 he joined The Brauser Group full time as Senior Development Officer, and began the process of assembling and then developing 100 West 18th Street. The 10-story luxury condo building consisted of 43 units and 30,000 square feet of retail space. He was responsible for the acquisition of the adjacent building and air rights which, when added to the existing site, increased the development by more than 30%. The added retail and subsequent flexibility in the residential space allowed the architect to create Chelsea’s most successful residential building in 2007-08. During construction, Mr. Heller was also responsible for the daily management of the construction process as well as marketing and sales oversight.
