Scott Hanigan, Senior Manager - Focusing exclusively on office tenant representation requirements, Scott has extensive experience in industrial, investment, retail, land sale and lease transactions. In 2004 and 2006 respectively, Scott received NEFL NAIOP’s “Office Lease/Sale of the Year” award for a deal exceeding 172,000 square feet for Wachovia Bank and a lease transaction valued in excess of $20,000,000 for Education Management Corporation. He has the extensive experience to provide superior service in tenant and landlord representation.

Background & Experience: Scott entered the commercial real estate industry in 1983 working with the Vantage Companies in Memphis, Tennessee. In 1985, he relocated to Jacksonville to work for Rouse & Associates, now Liberty Property Trust. Scott has worked as a landlord representative for Rouse & Associates and Corim, Inc. on portfolio in excess of 1.7 million square feet and as a full service broker with Cushman & Wakefield, Insignia/ESG and CB Richard Ellis. He has represented landlords and tenants for over twenty-eight (28) years.

Education Management Corporation - 47,454 square feet for ten years with a lease consideration in excess of $20 million (2006). NAIOP deal of the year 2006.
Advanced Career Training - 30,000 square feet
AT&T - Rouse & Associates’ “Top Gun” award for 147,262 square feet lease transaction for seven years. AT&T built a second, 220,000 square-foot facility as a result of the first transaction.
