Prior to forming Lodging Real Estate Advisors (LREA), Scott Griemsmann was Senior Managing Director for Paramount Lodging Advisors, based in San Francisco for over 12 years. As Senior Managing Director, he was responsible for hotel property transactions in the Western United States, with an emphasis on Arizona, California, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon & Washington. Prior to Paramount Lodging Advisors, Mr. Griemsmann spent eighteen years as Vice President at Cassidy Turley, The Plasencia Group, and Griemsmann Real Estate gaining experience in the Lodging and Real Estate industries. He has worked on behalf of institutional investors, private owners, developers and others.
Mr. Griemsmann’s experience includes over twenty years of marketing hotel investment opportunities resulting in close to $2 Billion in hotel transactions; ten years of investment brokerage and property management in Baltimore and San
Francisco.
Mr. Griemsmann is a graduate of the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at University of Delaware and holds California & Washington Real Estate Broker license.
