Mr. Fey is a Principal at Omni and an active investor in Arizona based commercial real estate projects. Mr. Fey has an extensive background in sales and development with over 30 years of experience in investment projects. Mr. Fey holds an Arizona Real Estate License and is currently a partner in two separate commercial development projects managed by Paradise Investments, LLC.
Prior to his work in commercial real estate Mr. Fey was the founder of NPR Holdings, L.L.C., a radio broadcast company, where he served as President/CEO. During his tenure with the firm Mr. Fey was responsible for the purchase and disposition of $62,000,000.00+ in radio stations throughout the United States. In addition to operating NPR Holdings Mr. Fey was also responsible for: project land purchases, negotiating with the Federal Government, discovering investment opportunities and raising capital.
