Scott has distinguished himself as one of the premier Ranch and Land agents in the Steamboat real estate community, in addition to a strong commercial & residential real estate background. He specializes in large acreages, water rights, land consolidation, land conservation and was the Developer of Routt County’s 1st Land Preservation Subdivision & co- Developer of 4 successful large land tract subdivisions of 2000+ acres. He has served on two water boards: Morrison Creek Water and Sanitation (Stagecoach) and as past President of the Woodchuck Ditch Company. He served as a director for the Colorado Association of Realtors, past President of the Steamboat Board of Realtors and voted Steamboat Realtor of the Year in 1988. Scott is a NOLS (Natl. Outdoor Leadership School) graduate & was a back country ski guide, EMT for Steamboat Powder Cats a few years back. His newest love is Hockey, where he served as the U-19 girls’ representative on the Steamboat Springs Hockey Board. When he is not on the ice, you’ll find him boating, camping & fishing year-round with his wife, Dixie, twins Alexandra (Allie) & Annabelle (Annie) or flying to Minnesota to make bonfires with his daughter Whitney & 3 grandchildren.
