Scott Dobbins, Founder and Principal, specializes in Tenant Representation within both the national automotive and restaurant sectors. Throughout his career, Scott has been recognized as a consistent top producer and has guided hybridge through the implementation of its marketing and growth strategies. Prior to founding hybridge, Scott founded Gulf Coast Commercial. Before entering real estate, Scott was a franchise development consultant with US Franchise Systems.
