Scott S. Dale graduated from the University of Colorado in 1978 with a B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1981. He was founder and President of Scottsdale Homes, Inc. in 1985 and later formed Scottsdale Commercial in 1996. His experience with those companies was primarily construction and development with an emphasis in later years as commercial development for his own account along with partners. His projects have received numerous prestigious awards such as the Governor’s Smart Growth Award, Best Commercial Site Design from the Boulder County Commissioners, and numerous homebuilding awards including Builder of the Year. Scott has experience and expertise in all aspects of real estate including development, construction, brokerage, leasing, management, and tenant relations. Scott has served on a number of Boards of Directors including the Emergency Family Assistance Association, Commercial Brokers of Boulder, Metropolitan Denver Homebuilder’s Association, and the Boulder County Chapter of the Homebuilder’s Association. He is the 2009 president of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder trade association. In his spare time, Scott is a dad, singer-songwriter and recording artist, and enjoys telemark skiing, golf, fly fishing, and cycling.
