Scott Brandwein was previously an Executive Vice President at CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Brandwein is widely regarded as one of Chicago's most successful commercial real estate consultants. Since beginning his career in 1979, he has been personally involved in more than 1,500 real estate projects including industrial and office tenant representation land acquisition, assemblage and disposition, property leasing and sales. Moreover, he has also been responsible for over 130 consulting assignments on behalf of tenants, developers, lenders, property owners and municipalities.
Mr. Brandwein began his career with Frain Camins & Swartchild where he was named a Principal of the firm. After holding a variety of positions within the company, he became the Managing Partner in 1995. Following Insignia/ESG's acquisition of FC&S, Mr. Brandwein continued to win the respect of clients and colleagues alike.
