Since joining the firm in 2016, Scott Bogetti has specialized in representing tenants throughout their commercial real estate transactions. As a corporate managing director of the firm’s New York office in Midtown Manhattan, Scott specializes in curating deals for innovative companies in technology, advertising, media and financial services throughout Midtown and Downtown NY. His local market insight of more than 10 years, along with his ability to grasp the market at its current states, combine to make Scott an effective broker. Additionally, Scott provides clients with in-depth financial analyses, such as the cost-benefit analysis, allowing them to align real estate with their short- and long-term business objectives.
Prior to joining Savills, Scott served as first Vice President of CBRE where he worked for over 12 years. Before entering the world of commercial real estate, Scott spent five years as an undercover cop for the Manhattan South Narcotics division of the NYPD.
