Scott Bellizzi joined CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in 2022 and serves as a Senior Transaction Manager. Prior to joining CBRE, Scott worked at Healthcare Trust of America (HTA - now Healthcare Realty) as a Leasing Manager in Southern California. In this role he was responsible for new and renewal leasing for a 15 building portfolio consisting of approximately 1M SF of investment grade medical office space. His primary focus was on a 4 building reposition project totaling 285,000 SF of medical office space located on the campus of Providence St Joseph Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. Prior to joining HTA he served as a Vice President in Stream Realty Partners Orange County office where he focused his business practice on Class A and Class B office Tenants and Landlords throughout Southern California. He specializes in high-value, time-sensitive transactions for a wide array of professional service firms that include the legal, financial, technology, healthcare, life science and semiconductor industries in addition to institutions, pensions funds, REIT's and private investors. Scott is an expert rebranding, repositioning and leasing office properties. Scott’s analytical approach to real estate helps him to forecast market trends so he can provide cutting edge advice to benchmark the next real estate transaction. Before joining Stream Realty Partners, Scott was a principal at Lee & Associates in Newport Beach, where he represented some of Orange County’s most prominent tenants, including Conexant Systems, Turner Construction, Balfour Beatty Construction and Hart | King, LLP. His local market knowledge combined with his extensive industry experience makes Scott one of Orange County’s most trusted commercial real estate experts. Scott earned a degree in public administration and urban studies at San Diego State University and relocated to Orange County shortly thereafter.
