Mr. Humphrey is a Director in HFF’s Carolinas office with more than 10 years of industry experience. He focuses primarily on office and industrial investment sales opportunities throughout the Carolinas and southeastern United States. Mr. Humphrey has been involved in investments sales transactions totaling more than $3 billion throughout the course of his career on behalf of both institutional and private capital. Mr. Humphrey joined the firm in August 2015. Prior to HFF, he was a Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer, a Cushman & Wakefield regional affiliate, where he received the 2014 Rising Star Award after consistently being a top 10 producer at the firm. Mr. Humphrey began his career in Washington, D.C. as a Financial Analyst with Cassidy Turley.
