Schuyler Simons is a Client Services Coordinator on the retail investment sales team led by Jared Aubrey and Michael Austry, working on both multi-tenant and single-tenant properties. Schuyler provides a range of services including market research, business development, sales comparable analysis, and transaction support, along with broker price opinions, offering memorandums and email-marketing.
Originally from Atlanta and an Honors graduate of The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Schuyler offers a fresh prospective and energy to the team. While at UGA, Schuyler was actively engaged in the Business School community and a member of multiple organizations including the Real Estate Society, Women in Business and the Institute for Leadership Advancement. These experiences, along with her coursework and internships, prepared her well for her position at CBRE and a career in real estate. Schuyler brings with her a hardworking and positive spirit, strong organizational skills, and a readiness to help the investment sales team succeed.
