Mr. Rahban is the Founder and President of SaraVita Properties, Inc. a full-service real estate boutique firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California. He oversees all property management, brokerage and investments, including accounting, reporting, and cash management of SaraVita Properties, Inc.
In addition to property management responsibilities, Mr. Rahban provides brokerage services for certain clients, overseeing and directing all leasing and disposition activates. Included is determining market terms and conditions, negotiating and executing leases, implementing major renovation programs, overseeing all leasing and sales, reviewing purchase contracts, and supervising the sale process.
Mr. Rahban formed SaraVita Properties, Inc., in response to a market-driven need for a more client-centric property service model. SaraVita is based on innovative, client-focused standards for operational efficiency, customer service, fee structure, personnel and training.
EXPERIENCE/EXPERTISE
Mr. Rahban has over 10 years of domestic and international experience in the real estate industry. Before starting SaraVita Properties, Inc., Mr. Rahban worked as an Asset Manager for Canon Business Properties, Inc. in Beverly Hills, CA, supervising management of over 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate and 100 units of residential real estate.
Mr. Rahban's experience includes working as an Asset Manager of Overland Investment Company located in West Los Angeles, where he was responsible for overseeing property management operations and for preparing monthly accounting reports for 150,000 square-foot office and retail portfolio in the Los Angeles County regions.
Mr. Rahban is a licensed real estate agent in the state of California and has received a Certificate in Real Estate from UCLA Extension.
Mr. Rahban speaks four (4) languages: English, Italian, Spanish and Farsi.
