Sarah Weddle joined Phoenix West Commercial, LLC in 2012 following a successful four years with GPE Commercial Advisors. Sarah began her Arizona Real Estate Career in 1989 in Tucson. Her career has included property management, development, project management, and on-site leasing. Since 2001 Sarah has worked as a commercial real estate specialist in brokering office and industrial sales and leasing agreements in the Valley. Having represented buyers, sellers and tenants, Sarah adapts easily to the needs of the client at hand to ensure a successful outcome. She excels at guiding her clients through their transactions with a market analysis that details demographics, comparatives and significant trends that may impact the local economic climate.
Sarah is a UCLA graduate with a bachelor’s degree in history. She also holds a teaching credential in elementary education and a culinary arts degree from the famed CIA, or Culinary Institute of America. Sarah has two grown children of whom she is exceptionally proud and will tell anyone who will listen about their amazing accomplishments! She attends and volunteers her time to Pinnacle Community Church where she is involved in the missions’ ministry. Travelling to visit her son and daughter, cooking up gourmet dishes, and spending time with the love of her life, fill the rest of Sarah’s free time.
