Sarah Lee Morihara is president and managing director of Colliers in Hawaii. In this capacity, Sarah oversees the operations of all Colliers service lines in the islands including brokerage, property management and consulting. She ensures service delivery to the company’s clients, engages in client consultation, and provides guidance and support to Colliers agents, property managers and other staff members. In concert, Sarah and Colliers executive team strive to provide optimal commercial real estate solutions for clients. Sarah’s background is in real estate law, having previously practiced at one of Honolulu’s largest law firms. This allows her to enhance Colliers’ services with legal practicality and insight while maintaining the ability to explore opportunities and implement strategies.
