Sarah Combs is a managing partner of a franchise of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates (SperryCGA.com), a global full-service commercial real estate brokerage. SperryCGA – The Masica Company, with an office in Cleveland, Ohio, is focused on serving clients in all of their real estate needs – from advising, leasing, sales, and property management.
Sarah (Masica) Combs obtained a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio. She pursued her real estate license after spending time after college in a management trainee position and sales role. In 2017 she joined “The Masica’s” team as a licensed agent to better serve a new market of commercial real estate clients. She is specifically focused on the Westside of Cleveland and has built a base in both the Lorain and Cuyahoga County markets, where she resides with her husband, Jordan. Sarah is passionate about client relations and her ability to support the experienced team with new ideas and exceptional customer service.
She was raised in Medina County, Ohio in the world of real estate, so it was very familiar returning to her family real estate team. She attended Archbishop Hoban High School in Akron, Ohio and is a very proud alumna. Outside of The Masica Company, Sarah enjoys traveling with her husband, chasing around her two dogs, and trying the many new and fabulous restaurants and breweries in the Cleveland area.
