Sarah Cashimere-Warren is a licensed real estate salesperson who has been with CBRE Upstate NY since 2007, currently teaming with Shana Stegner and Julie Greene.
Specializing in office leasing and sales, Sarah brings market expertise and creative solutions to address the unique needs of occupiers and investors. Skilled in analysis, negotiation, and the execution of leases has led to a diverse roster of clients including multinational and regional companies, healthcare providers, not-for-profits, government agencies, and quasimunicipal organizations.
Utilizing her education in urban planning and community development, Sarah has also been involved in consulting assignments and provides market analysis as the author of the annual Figures report covering the office sector in the Buffalo Niagara region.
Sarah joined the CBRE|Buffalo office in 2007 as a market analyst collecting data for the annual CBRE|Buffalo MarketView. Her background in Urban Planning and Community Development fostered her interest in commercial real estate.
Sarah teams with Shana Stegner, the firm's managing director, specializing in office leasing, including lease analysis, negotiation and execution for a diverse group of owners and tenants. In addition to numerous significant tenant representation assignments, Sarah has served as leasing agent for many downtown and suburban properties ranging from medical office to retail and flex space. The office team’s primary focus is on building and maintaining long-term relationships by understanding client goals and objectives, and responding with strategic, proactive solutions.
