Over 40 years of Real Estate Experience. Licensed in 1978, Broker 1988, Broker/Owner for Coldwell Banker Hohman Wingart Realtors for 14 years, Broker for Slate Real Estate since Jan. 2016. Past President of Firelands Association of Realtors, served on Legal Issues, Professional Standards, and Property Management Forums with the Ohio Association of Realtors, Every 3 years had to have 30 hours of Continuing Education, Now I am only required to have 9 hrs of mandated courses, plus a Management course. My job is not done until my clients are satisfied
