Entering her 40th year at Red Oak Realty, Sara and Tommy, her son and business partner, have helped countless numbers of individuals untangle and overcome the complexities of non-conforming transactions and unusual properties. Their areas of expertise include live/work lofts, mixed-use projects, single family residences, and commercial/industrial buildings. Sara and Tommy have worked with award-winning architects and developers as well as singles and families looking for the perfect home. Their experience and success place them among the top ranking agents in the Bay Area.
Starting her studies at UC Santa Barbara, Sara spent 2 years abroad in Paris. She returned to complete a BA in French and begin her career as a realtor. Tommy graduated from Occidental College with a BA in Economics and Asian Studies, with a minor in Math and speaks fluent Mandarin as well as Spanish. He joined his mother in Real Estate after working with developers in Shanghai and Beijing. When not engaged in real estate, Sara can be found enjoying her hobby of amateur photography. Past volunteer activities include a committee member of the Albany YMCA, a writing coach at Albany High School, and treasurer of the Armenian Women's Archives.
