I have participated in a variety of real estate transactions, including modification, short sale, REO, Auction and financing.
As an owner of multi SFR, condo, land and commercial property,I also have experience in investment property management and commercial and industrial sales and leasing. I established relationships and local experience.
I have resided in San Gabriel Valley since 1992. I and my wife, Sabrina relax and enjoy watching growing my two beautiful daughters Holly and Shiloh.
