Sandra Vann is a Huntsville native and a member of the Women's Council at the Huntsville Madison County Homebuilders Association from 2008 to 2010.
She has worked with developers in building commercial properties and managing commercial properties. Sandra has been a licensed realtor since 1986, and a full-time realtor since January 2006.
Sandra is experienced in developing subdivisions and in selling new construction. She is an award winner in the Homebuilders Parade of Homes for design in new construction homes. She has worked with banks on selling new construction, foreclosures and developments to builders and investors. She is an expert in working with both buyers and sellers.
Sandra is married with one daughter that is an artist and lives on Amelia Island. Love outdoor activities, music, and all seasons.
