Over 35 years in the Hawaii Commercial Real Estate Industry, in Management and Brokerage; representing both Landlords and Tenants, and Investors. A former Hotel General Manager, former General Manager for a Class-A award wining Commercial Office Building, and a former Regional Asset Manager for a National REIT. Also managed and leased a variety of properties in Office, Retail, Industrial, Medical and Hospitality.
Education
Sandra received her degree in Hotel Management & Accounting from Cannon's International Business College; and is a BOMI International RPA graduate. She a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Hawaii, in good standing since 1990.
