Sandra is a professional, experienced, and resourceful real estate agent who has been helping clients buy and sell residential real estate for more than 20 years. She has experience as a buyer's broker and relocation specialist and is dedicated to helping both buyers and sellers define and achieve their objectives. Her prior experience included managing book stores for ten years, which required the same approach she utilizes today—resourceful and energetic service, superior communication skills, and taking great pleasure in finding the right match for the client.
She has lived in Maine since 1978 and loves living near the ocean, whether sailing along the coast or relaxing at the beach. She and her husband raised their three daughters in Falmouth; their family included two dogs and a horse, so life was never dull! They love to sail and travel and they spend time each summer on the islands off the Maine coast with her twin sister and her family.
Her colleague Gail Landry and she have sold more condominiums than anyone else in the state of Maine. She now resides in a downtown Portland condominium, and thoroughly enjoys the ability to walk to museums, restaurants, their sailboat on the waterfront, and to her office. Gail and she are representative of the demographic seeking an urban lifestyle - downsizing but not downgrading. Portland continues to garner tremendous national press for its vibrant food scene, culture, architecture, and recreational activities.
