Sandra specializes in the leasing and sale of retail properties throughout Central and South Florida where she is also called upon by owners to handle the operations of their assets. A 30-year veteran with a broad range of knowledge in this field, she commands a diverse skill set including finance, development and property management. She has leased more than three quarters of a million square feet of commercial tenant space during her tenure in Florida. A significant career achievement in lease negotiations resulted in a 100,000 square foot office and data center space in Atlanta, Georgia. Sandra went on to manage the contracts and build out in the role of facilities management for this International Tenant within the airline industry.
