Sandra started out in real estate at a very young age, six to be exact. She told her father, developer Tom Hedenberg that she wanted to go work for him. After graduating from Rutgers University with a degree in Marketing she got her chance. Sandra started working for the family firm in 1998 as the Director of Marketing for the Parke Place Condominiums in Washington Twp. She was an integral part of the sales, marketing and management of the very successful one hundred and thirty six age-restricted condominiums.
After obtaining her real estate license seven years ago Sandra made the natural transition to her father’s growing Real Estate Company Parke Place Realty. Since obtaining her license she has been very successful with residential sales and loves the opportunities that being a Realtor has given her. “I love to work with different people every day, I look forward to meeting new people and building relationships in the process of working as a Realtor.”
Sandra recently graduated with her master's degree in Public Relations from Rowan University. Sandra uses her extensive training and background in marketing and sales to help her clients sell their home as quickly and successfully in this current market. Sandra is a long standing member of the Gloucester/Salem County Board of Realtors, TREND and the Independent Women Homeowners Network. Sandra handles both residential and commercial Real Estate in Gloucester, Salem and Camden Counties.
