Bio
Sam is responsible for project management operations in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and western Missouri including Omaha and Kansas City markets. Sam manages the group’s financial processes and workload, assists in business development, and provides direct project management services.
Sam and the project management teams in these markets have completed hundreds of projects of all types including millions of square feet of corporate headquarters projects. One of the projects includes the completion of Valmont’s 130,000 SF project in Omaha. Sam also has experience in healthcare, data center and large scale mixed use development projects.
As a CBRE veteran, Sam has been an integral part of the leadership teams in his receptive markets and is well versed in all aspects of CBRE’s business and services.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2010, Sam worked in the construction and development industry and completed projects throughout the United States including the program to build Google’s first owned and constructed data centers.
